This Privacy Policy describes how Blocky Kingdom ("we", "us", "our", or "the app"), developed by Kemal Cetinkaya, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application available on the Google Play Store.

1.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Blocky Kingdom stores game data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and we do not have access to it:

• Player Profile: Your in-game dragon name, level, experience points, and high scores
• Dragon Data: Your dragon's name, personality, evolution stage, happiness, feeding history, and abilities
• Game Progress: Currency balances (coins, gems, carrots), quest progress, achievements, and gameplay statistics
• Settings & Preferences: Audio volume, notification preferences, quiet hours, haptic feedback, and display settings

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use Blocky Kingdom, certain information is collected automatically by third-party SDKs integrated in the app:

Firebase Analytics

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen size, and language
• App Usage Events: Session duration, screens viewed, gameplay events (scores, lines cleared, blocks placed, combos, game duration), feature usage, and tutorial completion
• Player Properties: Aggregated game metrics such as total games played, high score, and player level (no personal identifiers)
• Firebase Installation ID: A per-app-install identifier used for analytics aggregation

Firebase Crashlytics

• Crash Reports: Stack traces, device state, and OS version at the time of a crash
• Breadcrumb Logs: Recent app activity leading up to a crash, used solely for debugging
• Installation UUID: A randomly generated identifier (not linked to your identity) used to group crash reports

Google AdMob

• Android Advertising ID: A resettable identifier provided by Google Play Services, used to serve and measure advertisements
• IP Address: Used by AdMob for approximate location-based ad targeting
• Ad Interaction Data: Records of advertisements displayed, impressions, clicks, and view duration
• Privacy Sandbox Data: Topics API and attribution data as part of Android's Privacy Sandbox framework

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address
• Location data (GPS or precise location)
• Photos, contacts, or calendar data
• Health or biometric data
• Payment card numbers or banking information
• No user account, login, or registration is required to use the app

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Game Functionality: To save your game progress, dragon state, and preferences locally on your device
• Advertising: To display advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads) through Google AdMob to support free gameplay
• Analytics: To understand how players use the game, identify popular features, and improve the experience using Firebase Analytics
• Stability: To identify and fix crashes and bugs using Firebase Crashlytics
• Notifications: To send local reminders about daily rewards, streak warnings, and dragon care (you control these in the app's settings)

3. Advertising

Blocky Kingdom displays advertisements to support free gameplay. We use Google AdMob to serve banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads.

What AdMob May Collect

Google AdMob may collect and process the following data to serve and measure ads:

• Android Advertising ID
• IP address (for approximate location-based ad targeting)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)

Ad Personalization

• Game data is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage directory, inaccessible to other apps
• We use atomic file operations with backup recovery to prevent data loss from crashes
• Crashlytics collection is disabled in debug/development builds
• No game data is transmitted to external servers — only anonymized analytics and crash reports are sent

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Blocky Kingdom is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

• Ad content is set to the "General" max ad content rating (suitable for all audiences)
• The app does not contain social features, chat, or user-to-user communication
• The app does not require account creation or personal information to play
• The only user-entered text is an in-game dragon name, which is stored locally and never transmitted

9. Your Privacy Rights

All Users

• Access: Your game data is stored locally on your device and is accessible to you at any time
• Deletion: You can delete all local app data by uninstalling Blocky Kingdom or clearing app data in Android Settings > Apps > Blocky Kingdom > Storage > Clear Data
• Opt-Out of Ad Personalization: Go to Settings > Google > Ads on your device to opt out of personalized ads or delete your Advertising ID
• Notifications: You can manage notification preferences within the app's settings screen or in Android Settings > Apps > Blocky Kingdom > Notifications

European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you are protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your GDPR rights:

• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for ad personalization at any time through the consent dialog within the app or via your device's ad settings

10. Notifications

Blocky Kingdom uses local notifications only (not remote push notifications from a server). These may include:

On Android 13 and above, you will be asked to grant notification permission before any notifications are shown. You can customize or disable all notifications within the app's Settings screen or in your device's notification settings. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Your game data remains on your device. However, anonymized analytics data (Firebase) and advertising data (AdMob) may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates. These transfers are governed by Google's data processing terms and comply with applicable data protection regulations, including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data.

12. Google Play Data Safety

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements, here is a summary of our data practices:

• Data is not used for personalization beyond ad targeting
• Data collection cannot be fully opted out of (device IDs are required for ads and crash reporting), but ad personalization can be disabled
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
• You can request data deletion by uninstalling the app (local data) and contacting Google for analytics/ad data
