1.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Blocky Kingdom stores game data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and we do not have access to it:
- Player Profile: Your in-game username, level, experience points, and high scores
- Dragon Data: Your dragon's name, personality, evolution stage, happiness, and abilities
- Game Progress: Currency balances (gold, gems, food), quest progress, achievements, and gameplay statistics
- Settings & Preferences: Audio volume, notification preferences, quiet hours, and display settings
- Purchase Records: A local log of in-app purchases for receipt validation and duplicate prevention (automatically pruned after 90 days)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use Blocky Kingdom, certain information may be collected automatically:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Only collected if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Used to serve personalized advertisements
- Usage Analytics: Session duration, screens viewed, gameplay events (scores, levels completed), and feature usage. This data is used to improve the game experience
- Ad Interaction Data: Records of advertisements displayed, impressions, and interactions
Your Choice: We ask for your permission before collecting your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) through Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog. You can change this at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- Your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address
- Location data (GPS or precise location)
- Photos, contacts, or calendar data
- Health or biometric data
- Payment card numbers or banking information (all payments are processed by Apple)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Game Functionality: To save your game progress, dragon state, and preferences locally on your device
- Advertising: To display advertisements (interstitial, rewarded, and banner ads) through Google AdMob. If you allow tracking, ads may be personalized to your interests
- In-App Purchases: To process and validate purchases through Apple's StoreKit framework, prevent duplicate transactions, and deliver purchased items
- Analytics: To understand how players use the game and improve the experience
- Notifications: To send local reminders about daily rewards, streak warnings, and dragon care (you control these in the app's settings)
3. Advertising
Blocky Kingdom displays advertisements to support free gameplay. We use Google AdMob to serve ads including interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, and banner ads.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Blocky Kingdom offers in-app purchases including VIP subscriptions, gem packs, and other digital items.
- All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive, store, or have access to your payment card information
- We store a local transaction log on your device for purchase validation and duplicate prevention. This log is automatically pruned after 90 days
- VIP subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

7. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously:
- Game data is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard data protection
- In-app purchase transactions are cryptographically verified using Apple's StoreKit 2 framework
- We use atomic file operations with backup recovery to prevent data loss from crashes
- No game data is transmitted to external servers
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Blocky Kingdom is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- Ad content is set to the "General" rating (suitable for all audiences)
- The app does not contain social features, chat, or user-to-user communication
- The app does not require account creation or personal information to play

9. Your Privacy Rights
All Users
- Access: Your game data is stored locally on your device and is accessible to you at any time
- Deletion: You can delete all app data by uninstalling Blocky Kingdom
- Opt-Out of Tracking: You can deny or revoke tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking
- Ad Preferences: You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising
- Notifications: You can manage notification preferences within the app or in iOS Settings
European Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you are protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Important: We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers. All game data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. Therefore, we do not hold any personal data about you.
The only third-party service that processes data in connection with our app is Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data for advertising purposes. Google acts as a data controller for this data.
Your GDPR rights regarding AdMob's data processing:
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for ad personalization at any time through the UMP consent dialog within the app, or by going to iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking

We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information. We do not store any personal data on our servers. 10. Notifications
Blocky Kingdom uses local notifications only (not remote push notifications). These may include:

You can customize or disable all notifications within the app's Settings screen or in your device's notification settings. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Your game data remains on your device.
