¿Cómo cancelo mi suscripción?
Las suscripciones se gestionan directamente a través de tu Apple ID:
Ajustes > [tu nombre] > Suscripciones > Vivir en España > Cancelar suscripción.
Tu acceso se mantiene activo hasta el final del periodo de facturación en curso.
¿Cómo solicito un reembolso?
Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple, no nosotros. Visita
reportaproblem.apple.com, inicia sesión con tu Apple ID, encuentra Vivir en España y solicita el reembolso. Apple suele resolverlo en 48–72 horas.
¿Dónde se guardan mis datos?
Todo tu progreso (preguntas respondidas, aciertos, fallos) y tus ajustes se almacenan localmente en tu dispositivo, en una base de datos cifrada. No existe ningún servidor en la nube de "Vivir en España". Nadie — incluidos nosotros — puede ver tus datos.
¿Por qué veo anuncios?
La versión gratuita de la app incluye anuncios de Google AdMob para cubrir los costes de desarrollo y mantenimiento. Si prefieres una experiencia sin publicidad, puedes adquirir la compra integrada "Quitar Publicidad" desde la pantalla de Ajustes de la app. Se trata de un pago único y permanente.
¿Las preguntas son las oficiales del examen CCSE?
Sí. La app incluye las 300 preguntas oficiales del examen CCSE publicadas por el Instituto Cervantes en 2026. Son las mismas preguntas que aparecen en el examen real de nacionalidad española. Las respuestas correctas están marcadas según la guía oficial.
¿Qué hago si encuentro una respuesta incorrecta?
Aunque hemos revisado cuidadosamente todas las preguntas con la guía oficial del Instituto Cervantes, pueden existir errores. Si encuentras una respuesta que crees incorrecta, escríbenos a
atechmobileapp@gmail.com indicando el número de pregunta y la respuesta oficial que consideras correcta. Lo revisaremos en el menor tiempo posible.
¿El examen está solo en español?
Las preguntas del CCSE están únicamente en español, igual que en el examen real. Sin embargo, la interfaz de la app (menús, botones, ajustes) está disponible en español, árabe e inglés para facilitar el uso a candidatos que aún están aprendiendo el idioma.
¿Puedo usar la app sin conexión a internet?
Sí. Todas las 300 preguntas están incluidas en la app y no se necesita conexión para estudiar o hacer el examen de práctica. La única función que requiere internet es la carga de anuncios (en la versión gratuita) y la verificación inicial de compras.
¿Cómo restauro mi compra en un nuevo dispositivo?
Abre la app en tu nuevo dispositivo y ve a Ajustes > Restaurar compras. Asegúrate de usar el mismo Apple ID con el que realizaste la compra original. La restauración es gratuita e instantánea.
Reportar un error: Si la app se cierra inesperadamente o no funciona correctamente, envíanos un correo a

FAQ
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Vivir en España → Cancel. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Vivir en España, and request a refund.
Where is my data stored?
All your progress and settings are stored locally on your device only — never on any cloud server. See our

Why am I seeing ads?
The free version is ad-supported via Google AdMob. Remove ads permanently with the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase in the Settings screen — it's a one-time payment.
How accurate are the questions?
The app includes all 300 official CCSE questions from the Instituto Cervantes 2026 guide — the same ones used in the real Spanish citizenship exam. If you find an error, please email us with the question number.
What if I find a wrong answer?
Email
atechmobileapp@gmail.com with the question number and the correct answer from the official guide. We'll review and fix it promptly.
Is the test available in English?
The CCSE exam questions are in Spanish only — just like the real exam. However, the app's interface (menus, buttons, settings) is available in Spanish, Arabic, and English to help candidates who are still learning the language.
