Open the app and go to Shift Types (or Manage Shifts), then tap the + button to add a new type. Give it a name, choose a color, and set its start and end time. Once created, a shift type can be assigned to any date on your calendar.
First create the shift types you want to rotate through. Then open the Rotation (or Pattern) setup and define a repeating cycle — for example, 2 days on followed by 2 days off. The app will automatically fill in future calendar dates based on your pattern, so you don't have to enter each shift manually.
Notification permission is used to send local reminders before your shifts start. These reminders are optional and can be disabled at any time in Settings. No schedule data leaves your device in order to send them — reminders are scheduled entirely on-device.
No. All shift types, rotations, schedule entries, and pay data are stored only in a local database on your device. There is no account, cloud sync, or server-side backup, so uninstalling the app or resetting your device will remove this data.
Yes. Tap any scheduled shift on the calendar to edit its shift type or time, or to remove it entirely. Changes take effect immediately and any related reminder is updated or cancelled automatically.
Yes. Creating shift types, building rotations, scheduling shifts, and receiving local reminders all work fully offline. An internet connection is only used to display ads.
